Rancho Santa Fe Construction Corp was built around a simple observation: most home projects don't stop at the walls. A second-story addition needs a new roof, stucco, and paint. A kitchen remodel needs plumbing and electrical. A new patio needs concrete, drainage, irrigation, and planting. When each of those is a different company, the homeowner becomes the project manager.
So we put the trades under one roof. Our crew handles framing, roofing, stucco, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, luxury kitchens and baths, concrete, and retaining walls, and then moves outside for irrigation, pergolas, balconies, tree work, turf, fencing, and complete landscape design.
We work across Rancho Santa Fe, Poway, La Jolla, Mission Bay, and the rest of San Diego County from our base in National City. Every job gets a free site visit, a written estimate, and a final walkthrough, and our team works in English and Spanish so nothing gets lost in translation.
